Operations Manager — Port Harcourt
Oversee day-to-day runner operations, quality control, and customer escalations across Rivers State.
Runner Onboarding Coordinator
Manage runner applications, conduct interviews, and ensure every new runner meets ErrandHer standards.
Customer Support Agent
Resolve customer and runner issues via chat and phone. First line of support for the platform.
Laravel / PHP Developer
Help build and maintain the ErrandHer platform. Experience with Laravel, MySQL, and Paystack integration preferred.
Marketing & Growth Associate
Drive runner and customer acquisition across PH and Bayelsa through digital channels and grassroots campaigns.
