ErrandHer is currently live in Port Harcourt (Rivers State) and across Bayelsa State, including Yenagoa, Ogbia, Brass, Nembe, Sagbama, and Ekeremor. We are expanding to more cities soon.

ErrandHer operates 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Peak hours are 8–10 AM and 4–8 PM.

Most errands are completed within 1–3 hours depending on distance and runner availability. Nearby same-area requests can be as fast as 30–60 minutes once a runner is assigned.

Yes, ErrandHer is fully mobile-responsive and works on all smartphones via the website. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon.

Groceries, market shopping, document pickups, bank queue errands, food orders, package delivery, pharmacy runs, and more. We do not handle illegal items, live animals, or hazardous materials.

Yes. When placing an order, you can set a scheduled pickup time up to 7 days in advance.

Contact our support team within 24 hours with photos. We investigate promptly and process a refund if runner negligence is confirmed.

You can cancel a pending order for free before a runner accepts it. After a runner accepts, a ₦200 cancellation fee applies to compensate the runner's time.

If no runner accepts within 15 minutes, you are notified and can reschedule or cancel without charge.

Go to My Wallet and click "Fund Wallet". We accept card payments and bank transfers via Paystack. Minimum top-up is ₦100.

Yes. All payments are processed via Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant Nigerian payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Refunds for cancelled or failed orders are returned to your ErrandHer wallet within minutes. Bank refunds (if requested) take 1–3 business days.

Currently, ErrandHer only accepts wallet payments to protect both runners and customers. Cash payments are not supported at this time.

All runners undergo NIN verification, identity document checks, and a background review before approval. Runners are rated by customers after every order.

Customers can report a runner from the order page. Admin reviews all reports and can suspend or permanently ban runners for verified misconduct.

Yes. ErrandHer only shares the delivery address and contact needed to complete an order. View our full Privacy Policy at errandher.ng/privacy.

Register on ErrandHer and select "Runner" as your role. Complete your profile with vehicle type and bank details, submit your ID for verification, and our team will review your application within 24–48 hours.

Runners earn 80% of every delivery fee. The platform retains 20% as a service fee. Active runners in Port Harcourt can earn ₦30,000–₦80,000+ per month.

Runners can request payouts from their earnings dashboard at any time. Payouts are processed within 2–3 business days to the registered bank account. Minimum payout is ₦1,000.

Runners must provide a valid NIN (National Identity Number), a government-issued ID, and pass our background screening before being approved.

Yes. Runners see available orders in their area and choose which to accept. There is no penalty for skipping an order, but acceptance rate affects ranking visibility.

Register on ErrandHer as a vendor, complete your business profile, and submit for verification. Once approved, list your products and start receiving orders.

Vendors can request payouts from their dashboard. Earnings are settled within 2–3 business days to the registered bank account.
