Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ErrandHer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. ErrandHer operates exclusively within Port Harcourt (Rivers State) and Bayelsa State, Nigeria.
User Accounts
• You must be 18 years or older to use ErrandHer • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration • One account per person is permitted • ErrandHer reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
Platform Use
ErrandHer is a technology platform connecting customers with independent runners. We are not a logistics company. Runners are independent contractors, not employees of ErrandHer. Forbidden activities include: • Using the platform for illegal purposes • Ordering delivery of prohibited items (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods) • Harassing or threatening runners, vendors, or other users • Attempting to circumvent platform payment systems
Payments and Fees
• All payments are processed through your ErrandHer wallet via Paystack • Delivery fees are displayed before order confirmation • Cancellations after runner acceptance incur a ₦200 fee • Refunds for failed orders are returned to your wallet within minutes • ErrandHer retains a 20% platform commission on all delivery fees
Runners — Terms
• Runners are independent contractors. They are not employees of ErrandHer • Runners are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and equipment • Runners must maintain a minimum 3.5 rating to remain active • Deliberately false status updates or theft are grounds for immediate permanent ban • Payouts are made every Monday and Thursday
Limitation of Liability
ErrandHer is not liable for: • Loss or damage to items during delivery due to customer packaging • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure • Actions of independent runner contractors • Loss of profits or indirect damages Our maximum liability is limited to the delivery fee paid for the specific order in question.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be raised through our support system. If unresolved within 7 days, disputes may be escalated to mediation under Nigerian law. ErrandHer's decisions on platform matters are final.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings shall be in the courts of Rivers State.
