Most errands are completed within 1–3 hours depending on location and traffic. Nearby same-area requests can be as fast as 30–60 minutes once a runner is assigned.
You can fund your ErrandHer wallet via Paystack (card or bank transfer) and pay directly from your wallet balance. Your money is held securely in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
Yes. Every ErrandHer runner goes through identity verification (NIN check), background screening, and onboarding training before they can accept orders. All runners have visible ratings from real customers.
You can cancel a pending order for free before a runner accepts it. Once a runner is assigned, a small cancellation fee applies. Wallet payments are refunded immediately on cancellation.
Contact our support team within 24 hours with photos. We take runner accountability seriously and will investigate promptly. Eligible cases receive a full refund.
Your money is fully protected. Every payment is held in escrow — it never touches the runner until you confirm delivery. If a runner fails or is dishonest: (1) Your escrow is automatically refunded within 24 hours. (2) Every runner is NIN-verified with a government ID on file, making them fully traceable. (3) File a dispute within 24 hours and our team investigates immediately. (4) Confirmed theft or fraud results in permanent account ban and may be escalated to law enforcement. In 5+ years we have maintained a 99.7% successful delivery rate.
Runners earn 80% of every delivery fee. Payouts can be requested anytime from your earnings dashboard and are processed within 2–3 business days to your bank account.
